Flamingo

Day 14 - Its easy to see where these beautiful birds got their name. Flamingo is Latin for "flame". When flamingos gather, the resulting group is called a pat. An interesting fact: In ancient Rome, Flamingo tongues were considered a great delicacy. The Romans made a law making it illegal to hunt flamingos but, it failed.

I can't believe you are doing TWO PAD projects - still!

This photo is amazingly colorful and wonderful! You have such an amazing thing going, shooting these animals over and over to get it down with each one of them! That's fantastic!

I agree with Matt and you deserve a big kudos for keeping both of your PAD's going. I really don't know how you do it...then again, if I had such a great resource (and a little more time) I could probably find myself a few more subjects too! ;-) All of the pictures you've posted so far have been stunning. You're already accumulating a wonderful portfolio. Keep up the good work!
